Print-on-demand means each item is made just for you after you order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without waste. The tradeoff is slightly longer delivery times (production + shipping), but you get a freshly made product every time.

We use premium blank apparel from trusted brands. Our t-shirts are soft, pre-shrunk cotton or cotton blends. Hoodies feature heavyweight fleece with quality construction. We print using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing for vibrant, durable designs.

To keep your THC pieces looking fresh:

• Machine wash cold, inside out
• Use mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly on the print
• Do not bleach or dry clean

Total delivery time = Production (2-5 business days) + Shipping (3-7 business days for US). Most US orders arrive within 7-14 business days. International orders may take longer. See our full Shipping Information.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary (typically 10-30 business days). Note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven't received this email, check your spam folder. Still can't find it? Contact us at support@toohumblecouture.com with your order number.

If your order hasn't entered production yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us immediately at support@toohumblecouture.com. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Because items are made-to-order, we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items, or if we made an error. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of any issues. See our full Returns Policy.

We're sorry to hear that! Please email returns@toohumblecouture.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, if production hasn't started, we may still be able to help. Contact us immediately at support@toohumblecouture.com. Once in production, cancellation isn't possible.

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, you can return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Yes, all prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your payment provider will convert to your local currency if needed.
